I would smoke around a pack a day . Bit less than previously now Iam getting older.
My three daughters and six grand-daughters are all very heavy smokers, never see them without a cigarette in their mouth and blowing smoke as often from their nostrils as their mouth. They all love the feeling of holding the smoje in their lungs as long as possible.
My wife died five years ago but in a car accident, not because her lungs were smoke filled.
We trained our girls to smoke from infancy; by age four they were heavy smokers. It was exciting to see!
I just wish most women smoke frequently as they did fifty years ago.
