Never.

Tried one when I was nineteen or twenty, tried a pipe at about the same time (once - and it with one small bowlful of baccy was free in a tobacco promotion).

Disliked the taste, thought it an expensive and pointless habit, gave up immediately. That was long before I learnt the health dangers, too.
