Crazy how things change…

I’m looking back at my posts from a little over a year ago about trying to quit, just thinking about how much different I feel today. I still smoke, but it’s been so much easier on me mentally to just enjoy it and not worry about quitting so much. Probably doesn’t help that I have a boyfriend who also uses nicotine 😅 (Zyn, not cigarettes).

Its not that hard to quit. I used to be a smoker and quit cold turkey. Just decide if life is better than no life.

@pdockal they just have to set their mind to up. There are no winners with cancer. Anything is possible if you want it. And if you fail there is nothing wrong with trying again.
