Crazy how things change…

I’m looking back at my posts from a little over a year ago about trying to quit, just thinking about how much different I feel today. I still smoke, but it’s been so much easier on me mentally to just enjoy it and not worry about quitting so much. Probably doesn’t help that I have a boyfriend who also uses nicotine 😅 (Zyn, not cigarettes).

Yup, the addiction has you right where they want you. You have given up trying to quit and accepting the consequences. Shorter life span, faster deterioration physically, and way higher chance of cancer, to say nothing of all the money you spend every year on inhaling poison air directly into your lungs.
It will all seem like bliss until it doesn't anymore and you will wish you had the guts to quit long ago.
Best of luck.
