So quitting smoking is going not so good and it's been like 12 hours

There's a guy with a chainsaw that's been going at it since before 9am, woke me up. I shouted at him out the window, I literally want to beat the shit out of him 🤣 The sound of sirens and city bs. I already wanna smoke 😐 good lord

this .. is only the beginning ..
the 2 week mark, and 3 month mark, followed by 6 month mark .. will be way worse.

@SW-User Nah it gets way easier. It's not really a challenge past 4-5 days. I cold turkied it last time easily but I didn't have as much bs going on as well..
