Who quit smoking? [I Quit Smoking]

1 month now without smoking after 23 years ...
i sometimes miss it but i stay strong.... i used to smoke alot.
Who else quit smoking? How do you feel now?

You think you've quit then suddenly the addiction hits you just out of the blue fight it it'll soon go I was at times climbing up the walls I hate the smell of it nowadays I enjoyed smoking once then friends and relatives started dying due to smoking it was time to quit common sense ruled the day.

@senghenydd yeah... i stopped because i have a bronchitis and it could get worse really fast...

@Sweetpoison That's one of my reasons as well, cycling is great for the lungs I can recommend it.
