Who quit smoking? [I Quit Smoking]

1 month now without smoking after 23 years ...
i sometimes miss it but i stay strong.... i used to smoke alot.
Who else quit smoking? How do you feel now?

quite smoking Jan 6 2005, after not quite 40 years of it. After a few months, it's just the habit, not the addiction, and after a year or so that goes away.

I don't miss it any more, but I'm sure if I had a single cigarette, I'd be back to 40 a day within a couple of weeks :/

@firefall i totally agree with you, it is just a habit but a really dangerous one cause like u said 1 cig suffice to get addicted again -.-
