YES! I quit smoking again. lol. Try try again. It's been 3 hours . Panic setting in... How do I get past the panic and insane compulsion to smoke?

almost 2 days since i quit and only had one black n mild. yay! i'm doing really good i think. think it's going to take this time!! yippee! panic feeling is gone..
