YES! I quit smoking again. lol. Try try again. It's been 3 hours . Panic setting in... How do I get past the panic and insane compulsion to smoke?

Ive spent all 2018 without smoking. Now Im smoking again, occasionally.

How not to smoke? Lot of walks at night lol
