I Am A Smoker And I Want To Quit

I just smoked my last cigarette out of my pack and I’m not buying more! Wish me luck! I don’t want to allow myself to get angry and anxious during the withdrawal process. For now I’m going to hide this attempt to quit from my family like nothings going on, win or lose!

Wishing you much luck! 🚭️It will be 4 years ago this December for me. I did it the hard way though.😒I fell down a flight of stairs breaking my ankle on both sides, even had metal rods. I had no one that could stay with me so I had to stay in a nursing home for almost a month! I was in such shock that I never had withdrawls.
