I Am A Smoker And I Want To Quit

11:00am, ready to smoke. Normally I would have smoked first thing in the morning, but I woke up and ran straight to the gym. Second smoke of the day is now, right after the gym and before my post workout lunch. Looking at this plate of food like meh.

Yesterday was successful for me, I only smoked one bowl before work and THAT'S IT!!! Proud of that. I didn't need the afterwork/before bed bowls, I was already tired. It seems like my day time smoke sessions are more important to me. I don't seem to need it to sleep anymore. Need the mood boost, need to take the edge off. Now I need to ask myself.. do I save my one bowl of the day for right before work, or do I smoke it now and stay busy all day. Hmm.

PS - I'm also quitting caffeine! Made it to the gym with no coffee, no pre-workout, and killed it!

PSS - I was pleasantly surprised by all the positive responses I got to my initial post yesterday. My anxiety was making me expect a lot of negative responses telling me I'm a loser, or no responses at all. Nice to know there are people in this world who are willing to help a stranger with a few kind words. You all helped make me feel better yesterday. Thank you.
