I Quit Smoking

Each person who quits makes that path that much easier to travel for the next person who wants to go there. Make no mistake tobacco is a deadly addiction. When I quit I already knew it was possible because I had seen other people do it. Simply knowing that it is possible makes it a viable choice. Yes withdrawal is hard but it does not last forever. Nothing beats the power of example.
