I Hold The Smoke In My Lungs When I Smoke

The feeling of the smoke burning into your lungs is so incredible. And you know once they are tar lined, it stays always!! Wonderful!
So love my wife finds it hard to breathe deeply these days - she has smoked non-stop for years!

My girlfriend would hold her cigarette smoke in for 7 seconds, sometimes longer. Once you start doing that it becomes a habit.
