I Quit Smoking

One week without them,I really feel reborned.Food and drinks got a taste and I feel like a have a nose again.I still don't know what to do with my hands though,getting tempted in stressful situations.Also,feels awkward when on a brake at job and do...nothing while others smoke.Hope I can make it thru,got thru bad part I guess,need some adjustment.I even forgot how I lived before cigarettes.Time will tell I guess,set myself at least 2 weeks period.

Great job!!! Keep up the hard work! That is good that you are setting small goals for yourself like the 2 weeks period. Maybe while your on your break out your feet up and rest a moment with a quick soda, take a quick walk. I'm so proud of you! Keep of the hard work! Have a great day!

It's like that with anything honey, first couple days are the hardest. It will get easier. Just don't put yourself next to the temptation. You will do good!!! Keep it up darling, you will feel so much better!!
