I Quit Smoking

I've quite all forms of smoking about a week ago. I'm still having urges 😞
I thought by this time I wouldn't be thinking about it anymore.

The physical part of cigarette smoking is over in about 3 days but the psychological part lasts about 6 months. Hang in there. If I can do it so can you. I quit 37 years ago.
