I've quite all forms of smoking about a week ago. I'm still having urges 😞 I thought by this time I wouldn't be thinking about it anymore.

That's naive if you are quitting cold turkey. While it's probably becoming less known now, with smoking becoming so taboo and unheard of, it's known to be as addictive as heroin. I quit cold turkey once 10 years ago for four years
