Do you or don't you?

My mother started smoking at fourteen and still smokes now at seventy three, my dad gave up rolling his own cigarettes at fifty and he's seventy five. So is it genetics? If my dad had continued to smoke would he still be here? Who knows? I never smoked because it never appealed to me, but my husband smokes cigars and even though I hate this habit, it smells better.

I’ve never smoked, my dad smoked and died at 38 from gullet cancer. Probably due to smoking. For that reason I never took it up even though all my friends did.

Yeah I was so young and didn’t really understand at that time, plus no one actually sat me down and told me lol, could have helped. 😌
