I Do Not Smoke

I smoked for around 8 years, after doing the math, I smoked a pack a day, over 50,000 cigarettes, and spent over $10,000. These stats along with Commit Losenges, and feeling great after practicing yoga only to ruin how I felt with a cigarette aided me in being able to quit. It’s been 7 years since I had one and don’t crave them at all.
