I Do Not Smoke

I used to smoke all the time. My friends would even call me a chimney. I went through a pack a day if not more. When i ran out of cigarrettes and couldn't get more i was a pain to be around. Thankfully about 5 years ago i just quit cold turkey. I didn't crave them at all. The only downside was my appetite came back full force. Now im working on getting that under control.

My hub quit about that time too.. Thankfully .. Its an unhealthy waste of money imo 🙂

@YoMomma That it is. Congrats to him for quitting. It's a hard habit to kick for alot of people.

@YoMomma oh man, well im glad he is better now. Whatever it takes to quit. Some people still wouldn't quit.
