they should make it legal to do drugs but illegal to sell drugs

because the users are victims of addictions and sellers are exploiting them.. and furthering crimes like thief against other being committed by the desperate users .. also this would make it easier for users to flip on the sellers because the users are exempt from drug prosecution this would put the sellers at higher risk and slow down the evil trade 😒
