Cleaning out a cabinet

And I found a.prescription of Oxycodone from when i had knee surgery, 3 left.....shoud i take one and zone out? Or flush them?

When I broke my arm I had like 100 oxy's and 75 vicodins (which were just dreamy) I got rid of them as fast as I could....alright, I saved a few, but for an actual pain type emergency.....

How's your knee?
