It’s better than Valium in my opinion and it even comes in a dissolvable tablet for faster absorption. If you tell your doctor that your anxiety has become a real problem and you feel like it’s holding you back and you want to try medication 💊 I think you’ll have a better chance of getting it too.

Or go to a Vet! I had an old dog with some dementia and couldn't relax. She was prescribed Diazepam (Valium). It didn't work for the dog but I took them. lol

I was under the impression that they give out benzos like candy in America. You wanna try getting them in the UK! You'd be lucky to get one week's supply of 2mg tablets.

You probably just need to say that you are suffering from a lot of anxiety and panic attacks.

You don't want that drug! It's highly addictive and it builds up in your so you keep needing more and more Until you max out. It is hell to get off off and that takes about a year and a half if you're lucky.
Get a prescription for Buspirone instead. It works about as well and is non-addictive.

Through a doctor. A psychiatrist or really any general practitioner can prescribe it. But it's not easy to go straight to anti-anxiety medication without some therapy or trying out anti-depressants first. If they say they have anxiety and can't sleep they might.
