how likely are u to actually die from taking an E pill?

i’ve only tried it once and only took half a pill. i honestly didn’t really like it because my body temperature kept going from too hot to too cold and it made me have quite bad anxiety at first. i don’t know how people can hack taking more than one. my brother took 4 in a day, and i have a friend that takes quite a few every time she goes to raves. but how likely is it that they’ll kill you?

The reason MDMA (ecstasy, E, Molly) has such a bad reputation for deaths is because it has a relatively low fatal dosage (anything over 250mg is dangerous) and because it dehydrates you.

The high is relatively short for a psychedelic, so many people will re-up several times in a night. So even if you're only taking 25 or 50mg (1 pill or half) each time, that can quickly add up to a dangerous dose because the drug will remain in your system for days. If you're at a rave or festival for 8-10 hours and not being careful, then this can happen quite easily.

Additionally, it makes you really want to dance and that both worsens the dehydration and makes you forget to drink.

So yeah overall really not a dangerous drug, just a lot of people not being careful because they don't have a whole lot of experience with psychedelics.
