How do you know if your coworker could possibly be on drugs

lately she is very confused about simple tasks that she’s been doing for over two years. She is showing an awful lot of confusion in conversations, and just not following along with directions. This is definitely something new that’s come on in the past couple of I months.

I’m asking you guys because I have never met anyone who does drugs so I don’t really know what to look for

She could have a medical issues. You could just ask her if she’s okay, you have noticed some changes and you were wondering if she needed help?

@iamonfire696 I’m actually afraid to really have conversations with her. She has severe mood swings and she has a really bad attitude and is you don’t know one minute to the next she’s going to be just asking a simple question. I don’t think I want to ask her.
