I Don't Do Drugs

I have been involved with supervising addicts in recovery for many years. The program needs to be updated and changed. I am not saying I have the answer. I just don't understand how so many people are dying that people are still willing to try do Oxy and go to heroin knowing how addictive it is. Why do people think they will be able to control it?
