The good news. Your body is already clean of the nicotine build up. Now start dealing with the psychological things that triggered you. "The smoke break." The patterns in your life. Way back when I gave up (over 45 years now) I took an old style ball point top and drove a small hole through the end that offered me the same resistance on the draw as a cigarette. I could walk around with that in the corner of my mouth and no one cared. At stressful moments, a few draws helped..😷
