Smoker when drinking - WTF ? How does drinking make smoking 'ok' ?

On tinder I see this a lot - profiles which say 'smoker when drinking' almost to say they are not a smoker but if they're drunk they can't control the nicotine cravings. Yuk.

It doesn’t, it’s just stating that the person smokes a fag when having a drink. They’re not attempting to make smoking “ok” or asking for it to be excused, they’re simply being honest

it's not that ..
just means they're a social smoker ..
just like some people are social drinkers
