My sister is smoking meth!

I had my suspicions for awhile. Having been addicted myself I saw all the signs, but gave excuses for them not wanting to believe. Then a mutual friend was visiting her and saw the pipe.

Knowing for certain devastated me. I was so hurt and angry. It.triggered a lot of.old feelings. I couldn’t confront her because of our mutual friend. Even if I did, she would lie.

It’s been 4 months since I found out. When I see her my heart breaks. I’m not angry anymore

I hate meth!

We have something in common, I also hate meth. I think it's time we start holding junkies accountable for the harm they do to innocent people.

@HobNoblin Hold them accountable...now so?

@dubkebab Realizing they cause harm instead of seeing them as some kind of victim. They're not , no one told them to take their first hit. I'm sick and tired of dealing with junkies.

@HobNoblin Well,speed freaks are not renowned for their listening skills or grasp of their actions impacting others...so recovery can require huge amounts of patience and compassion. But anything's possible and some do change selfish ways in time.Criminalizing drugs hasn't worked,so I favor education. On page one? Your first hit of methamphetamine feels friggin' amazing! Hence its addictive potential. Beware.
