So this is a serious but awkward and disgusting question

I don’t want understand why people don’t wash their butts after defecating. They just dry wipe and think that’s clean instead of using water, soap, and maybe baby wipes. Also not washing both the crotch and the butt in the shower is just plain strange to me. That also includes your butt hole. Wash cloths should be washed after being used of course to not let bacteria fester. And a shower head blasting water can clean the soap off your parts. But if someone is worried about being clean don’t crotches and butts deserve the same dignity as every other part of your body to be clean too? For men this means cleaning under their foreskin and for women washing their vulvas not vaginal openings. I mean surely people can get a whiff between their legs when they are changing and so on. Just something I always wondered. And no being clean down there does not mean anything is being put into those orifices like sex. This is a hygiene question.
