Druggies are going into public restrooms to shoot up. And cleaning their needles by removing the covers on the toilet paper dispensers and sticking their used needles in the toilet paper to clean the blood off. Then putting the covers back on before they leave. It only takes a tiny drop of blood to transmit hepatitis. This warning was issued by a Walmart employee, story on Daily Mail. The employee suggested that people bring their own tissue to use.

There's a couple of supermarkets near me. The smaller one has had the one unisex toilet permanetly closed as an alcoholic woman would sit in there for ages drinking vodka. She also frequents the larger supermarket where there are several toilets for each sex. They have had to ban her as there has been broken glass and also an elderly lady put her foot on the bottle and it rolled throwing her off balance and broke her hip. So now this woman sits in the park and crouches down in full public view pissing on the lawn.
