Nothing worse than someone with poor hygiene

I know someone that has a very real and embarrassing medical reason that sometimes you might smell something. I would really hope that was what you smelled.
I do know there are some people that just plain don't care about bathing or washing clothes and I have physically helped friends pick up one friend and held him clothes and all under a shower. Of course nowadays we would have been arrested for kidnapping, assault, and maybe attempted murder, and then the lawsuits to follow.
