New Year’s Resolution

How about daily

Is it too cold? If you are just at home once a day would be good but if you are going out, twice would be better. Day and night.

Maybe cold weather people dislike showering because it feels to cold. I understand that.

My response if you will allow it would be that cleanliness should be a top priority of yours, I had a friend that was diabetic which long story short developed cellulitis it got infected it got into the blood stream and they went into septic shock it had an effect on their kidneys and they shut down my friend never came out of it and sadly passed away all because they didn't try to stay clean so you know what my advice would be to you as for myself I dont make any New Years Resolutions they are the same as making plans and ever time I do they never happen anyway I hope that this helps you to decide to do the right thing

You are exposing yourself to health issues and possible infections with the lack of showering. Maybe consider it [b]at least [/b]every other day, but daily is really recommended.

I'll confess, since working remote I've been getting lax on showering, maybe 3 times a week instead of daily. For the record, I won't go anywhere unless I've showered or cleaned up.
