Dentist Covered My Stain With Filling

I thought she was gonna remove it by drilling into the tooth itself to rid the stain particles. There's still 2 other teeth I want stains removed, but I had to schedule that for another time. Ended up needing to pay 110 dollars out of pocket while the government plan covered 460. Also had a molar filled up as it was confirmed to have a cavity, so the 570 was for both procedures. Now my left incisor has a small bump due to filling, which dentist says is my natural shape yet before it was flatter.
