I Think Dental Hygiene Is Extremely Important

Good on you! When I got my first filling(at 29) I felt so disappointed in myself.

I guess it's not always as simple taking care of our teeth as it seems. Maybe there was another problem?

It was just a tiny little pinhole in my enamel. Never noticed it till my hygienist asked bout it - then I could feel it. They filled it with white, so I can't even find it today.
