The private dental service.

Oh my god mines a joke. Paid £54 for a box of amoxicillin which ok fine. 4 days in i went back and said pain was still harsh. He told me "Do a warm compress! I said " Yes ive done that. He then said " Do a cold compress!! 😆😆 Honestly all smiles whilst the moneys coming in. Any advice needed just goes any which way that suits him so he can turf you out until he ready to collect ££s again.

Then it's nerve exposure, not abcess

@NativePortlander1970 Ah ok. That makes him more useless then lol. He gave me 21 x 500mg Amoxicillin for a sensitive tooth.
@Perry1968 Amoxies are for abcess, not "sensitive teeth", he is a fraud, plus amoxies are cheap common antibiotics, you should not have paid nore than £15

@NativePortlander1970 I know. £54 i paid for quite literally 4 minutes in the dental surgery came out with no definitive answers and when i went bk 4 days later without a appointment because otherwise they.ll bluff you off on the phone he got all sarky with me. He dont like free visits. No wonder its a 3.2 star rated practice. He tried to book me with hygienist too at 95 a pop. He can PO tbh. Im going to change practices after his complete lack of care.
@Perry1968 Contact the NHS to complain ad well

@NativePortlander1970 Im going to visit again. Record on my phone and ask him why he prescribed ABs.
@Perry1968 Let the NHS handle it, if you do it on your own you could get into trouble, specially if you audiorecord him without consent

@NativePortlander1970 Ok. Hes a private dentist though. Does that make a difference?
@Perry1968 Private or not, he is still subject to NHS regulations.
