Is there a term for small particles of food stuck and visible in the tight gap lines of the front teeth, or for the embarrassing act of it happening?

Have you checked the Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows? Maybe they have a word for it. I usually go with "you have something in your teeth" or "do I have anything in my teeth?" but a word would be really great.
