What's the worst tooth ache you ever had?

Years ago I had a tooth ache so bad it gave me a constant migraine. For 3 months. Ended up having a rotten wisdom tooth pulled just in time to make it to my first day at a new job.

Honorable mention: About a week ago I had one so bad I couldn't think properly, and spent an entire day believing rhinos lay eggs before realizing my mistake 🤦‍♂️ Ended up needing a root canal 😅

I got a shooting pain in my tooth on a Sunday in the middle of the day. The dentist wasn't open, and nothing seemed to help except tropical anesthetic (rum).
Finally was able to get to sleep, and on Monday called out of work and called the dentist who did a root canal that morning.

I had one on New Year's Eve last year, with the dentist office closed until January 2nd. That ended up requiring a root canal treatment too, after not being able to sleep for 2 nights.

I had one with a chunk out of the tooth, it hurt so bad I couldn’t sleep for several nights even taking Tylenol. I had just gotten dental insurance so I went to a dentist and had it removed.
