just got the worst news possible

boy i sure know what day to pick to go to dentist for a tooth extraction. just had one today and the dentist told me no alcohol for 4-5 days....it's the freaking weekend!!! 😭...why couldn't i have picked monday....in hindsight it's probably a good idea i went...tooth was killing me and gums getting infected. you guys have a sober beerme...forgive me if i'm boring.

I think dental professionals hate us in the worst way possible. Taking away our activities and making us boring people. It is an endless cycle. Sorry my friend we need to break a few rules once in awhile I think

@SW-User I don't recommend opiates, I came close to addiction in early 2002 when I was having severe chronic gall bladder attacks, which led to its removal in March 2002.

@SW-User they prescribed me naproxen for pain. the freezing wore off a little while ago and now i'm hurtin'...just took a pill 30 mins ago....hasn't kicked in yet

I wouldnt worry too much on our account. Generally speaking, you being sober only makes you boring to you. Non sober people can be awfully boring to everyone around them..😷
