How often do you use a mouthwash to replace the brushing of your teeth?

i don't use mouthwash,,,, the habit is disgusting as smoking,, instead i brush my teeth 2 times a day,,,,,, 😬 see that?

Almost never. Too much mouthwash can harm the oral microbiome/good bacteria in your mouth.

Sometimes I use it instead of paste but I still use the brush.
