I Bite My Nails

When ever I bite my nails, they turn into velcro sticking into any type of cloths and I hate biting them because I'll have to file them to an even smoohh size but it barely helpsbut I like filing them for somereason ilk share a pic some other day

i started to pick my nails to stop picking the skin.

i couldn't bite my nails once and after i got braces.

strange thing that is.

.... not sure how to articulate, i was a thumb sucker.
(that was hell, when i finally began that journey that worked, i nearly ended up with mumps and a tonsillectomy... thankfully that DID not happen.)

@sighmeupforthat I might get braces someday so maybe it will help for now I'll have to deal with it
