Yes, we are protected against the sun naked

We are never in the sun more than two hours at a time. We all wear sunscreen 🧴 to protect our skin from sunburn and ultraviolet/infrared radiation damage. We are very safe. Hats are worn to protect our scalps.

My grandfather helped me with my sunscreen when I joined everyone in the garden this morning. I had helped my nonna prepare the food we ate for lunch. He helped me with my back, and checked I had enough on, like he’s always done.

The sun heals us, the sunscreen is full of chemicals that actually cause the harm.

We need the sun to survive, stop wearing it and sunglasses, your eyes need the sun too.

Plants need the sun to grow, it’s essential for life.
