My Skincare Routine

I've always held to the notion that if you're just putting something on the skin then it's just covering up some issue, not actually fixing it. That that should be the end game, rather than initial thing.

So, to that end, what I have found that works wonderfully is.....to drink lots of water!

Sounds simple, well it is! Keep everything hydrated means skin is more flexible and hydrated itself.

Exercise!

Builds up heat, produces sweat by opening up those pores and bringing the heat to the body's surface. I always find that sweating in exercise does make the skin feel really smooth.

Warm Shower To Cold Shower!

Or visa versa. Warm, and washing the toxins off the skin, and then cold to close the pores. But not too cold!

Then...Moisturizer!

Helps to lock in everything that you've done for the skin. I tend to use Rare Beauty 'Find Comfort' as that's not too harsh, smells nice and makes me feel smooth.

That's what works for me.
