Anyone else in the same boat?

I sleep on my left and right sides, which is causing some lines and wrinkles on my forehead. Anyone else experienced this? How to get rid of these lines?

How does sleeping on your side affect your forehead?

@Renaci My forehead gets squashed against the pillow and I wake up with mild crosses and zig zag lines there.
