Lactation continues

My lactation is now at a record level for me. I pump every 3 hours around the clock in order to keep up with my milk production. My body and my lactation has become a full time job. However I would Not give it up for anything and I am so pleased with the body God has given me.

Couple questions;
if you pumped every hour instead of three hours, would you start making even more?
If you didn't pump for a long time, is their a big difference in sizes (or even just before and after pumping for that matter) ?
