Mine? Yeah I got a horrible rash on my leg that’s now apparently scaling and dry- thus the baking soda bath…

@HijabaDabbaDoo it’s the blood rushing to the head… I haven’t done that in a while 😅😅😅

I’m not sure what caused it. Could be stress related. I do have scalp psoriasis, and sometimes I get little psoriasis patches on my chest or shoulder but it’s usually very small and isolated.

This one caught me by surprise. It already looks better so I’m hoping it’s just stress. (Which does tend to cause psoriasis flares)
