I have to get a bone marrow biopsy tomorrow and I'm very scared it will hurt. What can I do to relax?

@nightjourney I don't know. :( They give it to little kids, but adults are awake. The numb it, but you can still feel it, and I read stories about grown up men crying.

@nightjourney Yes, my brother said he thinks they might because I'm young and frightened.
I don't like needles either. :(
It was good. I wrote my thoughts into a little book and be read it, and asked me questions, but I didn't feel like talking much, so we played a game and then I started speaking as we played.
