Purple dots are on my thigh. Why

I’ve this dots . I didn’t realize when it appeared . But I just noticed. Is something wrong with my health. What does it indicate?
Does anyone know?

Is it itchy or painful?
Might just be a bruise or possibly eczema(which is generally a genetic condition and nothing to be concerned about)
