the blackheads have to be pushed out by pressing down just outside of them on both sides. if you can then fold the skin out that has them and push them out from underneath. there are special spoons called pimple spoons that have a small hole in the middle and they are really small. they can be used for pressing down all-around a blackhead to push it out. if left in a blackhead can become a pimple. I have seen the change happening in my skin. and had pushed out ones that were starting to turn and they were black on the top and white on the bottom when they came out. you can prevent a lot of pimples by pushing out blackheads. pimple spoons are both for pushing out blackheads and popping pimples. they press evenly around the pimple to bust out the plug without breaking the pore walls under neigh. just using fingers often bust the pore walls then you get blood coming out when you pop it. for most people, the plug will come out easily when popping a pimple. for others, the opening seals over and then they become bigger, and takes a doctor to break them open otherwise they get really big as they never drain. 🍪
