I am tired of waiting I wait and wait and wait every time I meet a guy we like each other

But, never do anything about, it even if we’re dating, I don’t know, if we’re dating because, I don’t remember, the dates, and they disappear, I end up chasing them around the places I think, we’re supposed to meet, and now I quit chasing?!!!!
