On one of our local news stations recently they were trying to catch some bad guy and the photo of him on TV was every bit as detailed as the one below on the right.

I mean crap, with this pic or that photorealistic sketch on that news channel you posted, did someone ACTUALLY think, "Yeah, THAT should work real well!"

Do they mean to tell us that they can catch photos of actual life whacking off on planet Mars but have to take blurry shots of criminals? I know companies are cutting back their spendings like never before but come on.
